Absolutely. There's no "keeping up" here. Every session is scaled to your ability and our coaches will be with you the whole way. We don't do running, we don't do comparisons — you go at your pace. We've helped complete beginners transform their bodies from scratch.
Before your first class, you'll meet with one of the team for a proper sit-down. We'll talk through your goals, set you up on the training and nutrition apps, walk you through how the programme works and book you into your first sessions. You'll never feel lost or thrown in the deep end.
Simple: follow the programme, attend regularly and engage with the nutrition guidance. If you don't get results, we'll give you your money back. We're confident enough in what we've built to put that in writing.
